Recent life study after digital edit.

Some time ago I got the least expected birthday gift ever. A good friend of mine gave me a very stylish sketchbook - anyway, it wouldn’t be an unusual present for a guy like me but… I was born in December and I recieved it in August, when she appeared in Cracow for a couple of days. However, along with her visit it was one of the nicest suprises of this month. It’s good to feel like a Leo for once, even if zodiacal :D
This is the very first thing I drew in it; I think it’s a combination of her liking in fairies and my a bit gloomy sense of aesthetics.

Venus in my bed - an old life study.

As a child I considered Moomin books as a rather grim lecture. Recent re-reading of Moominpappa’s Memoirs brought me an idea of ancient Moomins tribe. And there he goes - the very first ancestor of Moominvalley inhabitants :D
